OUR STORY
OhMyGov.com
was founded by three partners -- a former federal executive, an epidemiologist and an investigative journalist -- who are deeply committed to public service,
fueled by
creativity, and impassioned by the idea of improving government. We're
not beltway bandits. Like you, we work because we believe in public service and advocate for the effective use of our tax dollars.
With the early success of OhMyGov.com as a fresh, fun, thought-provoking voice in the government news arena -- including being honored by the Webby Awards as a top political blog -- we expanded our horizons. Adding a technology arm, we began researching and developing solutions to the problems we were chronicling.
OhMyGov Inc. is now a fast-growing and cutting-edge business -- a media & technology firm that helps
governments navigate the new media landscape through news and research, advanced analytics, measurement tools, consulting
and training. Our business areas include:
MEDIA MONITORING & ANALYSIS

to support the development of advanced media analysis technology and measurement tools.

career member of the federal Senior Executive Service (SES). As a
life-long dedicated public servant, Dr. Hartman brings to OhMyGov! over
24 years of experience within the federal government first as an active
duty and reserve officer in the United States Air Force
and later in executive positions at three different cabinet level
Departments. His broad exposure to the inner workings of the federal
government give him clear insight into both the successes and blunders
of our government. He holds a Doctorate Degree in public
health, a Master's Degree in policy and management, and a Bachelor's
Degree in physics. Dr. Hartman held both Associate and Assistant
adjunct professor appointments at George Washington University and Georgetown University, respectively.

journalist, and information industry consultant. He coauthored The Google Story,
a critically-acclaimed international bestseller published in over 25
languages. Prior to that, Mr. Malseed did extensive research and

three years as
the lead researcher for Bob Woodward. He was a named collaborator on the

about FBI spy Robert Hanssen. Mr. Malseed also consults for ChaCha

Kappa from Lehigh University with degrees in architecture and urban
